What happens when I use the dice and than for example i have to go 4 steps but while these steps I encounter with the dragon, do I loose one life then or what happens??
Thank you for checking out the channel and thanks for the question. When moving your character, you can move up to the number of spaces shown on the die. That way you don’t have to go head on into the dragon.

I just bought this for my son, and I’m confused about the part if the player is holding a crystal when the dragon passes or lands on them .. they have to drop their crystal in the spot they’re in, and go to dragons lair. But how do you then get the crystal off that spot and to the tower?? Does it just stay there and you lose the game? Or does a player have to land on that spot to collect it again?
Thank you so much for checking out the video. During the game, when a player drops a crystal, it can be picked up again by any player that lands on the that space.
It gives you an extra option to where you can take the crystal especially during the late game. If there were only four towers and three of them have crystals, you would have one left sine each other tower can only hold the previous crystal that was dropped off. If that path had the dragon on it, it would be tougher getting the crystal to the tower especially if you get taken to the lair by the dragon passing over you. The extra tower allows you another path to victory but anything can still happen thanks to the roll of the dice. At least that’s my reasoning with the extra tower. My wife and I found this game at GenCon last year. it is a fun and simple game for all ages. We have it as a quick opening game for our game nights but also for our nieces and nephews to play when they visit.

Great explanation! Bought this to play with my kids and had no clue how to play it. Do you pull an encounter card after every roll?
There are certain spots that will let you pull an encounter card. These are the colorful terrain spots of each region on the map.
