I did this mission 1 time. Before I went to the yellow marker, I entered the building and threw molotovs on the spot where Johnny was standing on. So I went to the yellow marker and went to Johnny and he was on fire from the molotovs I threw earlier. He died and the mission continue and he was alive. I laughed so hard at that

whatever57010 Well unlike you, I don't have the PC requirements for GTA 4. Maybe it was a glitch. Just like how I can't encounter Johnny after failing the TBOGT mission "Not so fast" by shooting Niko

Yes, it sounds hilarious by thinking of it that way, but Niko is refering basically to the whole situation, how Roman got him to arrive into Liberty City. It's just if the Niko wouldn't read the e-mails, he wouldn't have to deal with the shit during the mission.

Your theory just proved me that every phrase that's being said by Niko during failure of any mission takes some amount of considerations to understand what was meant by it in the first place! That seems to be sort of leisure or a call to try to get any points, any withdrawals, I mean...

I just realized that Playboy saying "X marks the spot" is the same thing niko says when he's chasing to kill him in The Holland Play

This mission unlocks the Algonquin island for Niko.
As for Johnny, I have no idea how he managed to get to Dukes/Broker but he did visit Bohan in the first mission of TLAD.
Johnny had visa and Niko hadn’t
@@OlaficoMan yes that explains how in TLAD Jonny keeps going to all 3 islands and there is less traffic. Niko started with broker and bohan being unlocked then alqonquin and Alderney.

During one playthrough of this particular mission, for some reason Playboy X just froze when they’d eventually fought up to the roof, and no matter how much I tried to get Playboy to run onto the next roof and down the stairs, he just would not move on. I got so fed up that in the end I shot him off of the roof.
Edit:
Oh and another time the last NOOSE agent at the foot of the stairwell before you escape onto the street, managed to kill himself after shooting the roll of carpet next to him, which then fell on and crushed him. That was a real laugh out loud moment for me.
It's funny how the yellow parking marker is always in Playboy's safe house, hinting players that they can get it if they choose the right option :)

I played Blow your cover both on TLAD and GTA4 and the classic gta 4 version is so easy however the TLAD version is a pain in the ass.

For tunnel of death once you bail out of the armored truck (forgot the name of it) and get it the car with packie and Aiden you can push the armored truck with your car to your garage and keep it. (It takes awhile tho)
