Recreational cannabis should be totally legal for all Americans, it's been legal in Colorado since 2012, 11 years ago, are we living in the same country, the united States of America, where freedom, rights, and equality ate supposed to be held to the same standard across the board, it doesn't feel like it 🤔🐈🕊️✌️
You clearly don't understand how states work. States are their own regions with their own laws. If the fed gov makes it legal, the state can still say no.
Yeah right when I think about where Florida is at least cops can’t mess with you just because they smell cannabis coming from your house. Like they still do in some states.
I'm handicapped. And I have to take medicine for epilepsy, tremors and spasms, sleep, my major depression and other things I don't feel the need to mention. I feel like this should have been supported YEARS AGO. ❤
Benzodiazepines work great for epilepsy also, but for some reason doctors refuse to write prescriptions for them any more. Pharmaceutical company that makes them must’ve taken away their cuts?
@@jadez57 It's because people abuse benzos like candy, then eventually get killed by it. Benzos are just as strong if not stronger than any other narcotic.

This is an awesome next step forward. But this plant should've been legal across the board federally long time ago. The potency of some products like any Deltas to THC-P, HHC being sold here on texas, are unsafe and unregulated.
Could someone please explain to them the potential tax revenue from legalization? Even though they may be perceived as greedy, we can all agree that in this case, their desire for money could benefit everyone.
they would lose too much money if they legalize it. What reason would they have to search your car or arrest your for anymore it's like 90% of the arrest every week. Poss. Poss. Poss. They aren't going to let go of all that revenue easily.
I’m kinda upset that Austin wants to be a monopoly to increase profit to certain drugs or services by using lawmakers. For example, Uber was banned and then later after people were mad that only Lyft was allowed Uber got to reopen. Same with drugs. There is nothing wrong with opioids. I’ve taken them safely for years as a patient. And now they’re banning to increase marijuana business. 😞

Why not? So many other aspects of our once great state is being "Californiaized" that we might as well take the next step toward that too.
