Good info Kyle. The only one I mildly disagree with is Thielen, the Vikings Paid him,Diggs and Cousins a lot of money to be run heavy. So Thielen at 3.9 is ok.
Its not that i think he is going to suck this year. Just like others being drafted after him more. Its ok though... I get your argument, people thought i was crazy last year when i said to avoid David Johnson so i can handle it - LOL
I had #1 pick.. picks in order were CMC, Gurley, Keenan Allen, Chris Carson, Melvin Gordon. I have Justin Jackson on my bench also. Going to shop Melvin Gordon or Gurley for a WR1.
hey kyle, 3 things i notice. 1)team defenses will double team thielen. good 4 diggs. 2) if teams make playoffs, less star players will play. 3) i will not draft kupp in any of my leagues, i will pick him up at the end of the season(torn acl) on waive wire. a lot of drafters r going 2 b disappointed. wasting a draft pick. thanks. love the show.
Hi quick question, which duo sounds better to you guys. Deandre Hopkins and Todd Gurley or David Johnson and Odell? Thank you enjoyed the show as always!
Levon is an amazing running back but I don’t trust the jets o-line and I’ve told friends about runner backs switching teams doesn’t work most of the times
My feelings exactly about Mixon. The O-line trouble dropped his ceiling too low to justify a first round pick in my opinion. I'd like for my first overall to definitely have finishing as the #1 at his position within his range of outcomes and I just don't see that happnin for Mixon
Another good vid. I won the right to choose where I pick in my draft this year and I’m honestly considering sliding down to 6 or 7 and taking one of those big name receivers and going for a Dalvin Cook in the second vs taking the first overall and then having to wait.
The Fantasy Headliners that was my initial thought process exactly. I’m just on the Julio Hype train right now. I need it to be late August on draft day already!
I’m so torn as I want to share this video all over the place because the content and information is so good, but I also don’t want everyone in my draft to avoid these players😂

I like Chubb as well (lol) and I have the chance of trading Mahomes for a stud running back...i.e Gurley, Cook, David Johnson...possibly Mccaffery...what would you recommend for this? full point ppr
So this has nothing to do with the video, great video btw, but would you rather take Aaron Jones or damian Williams in the draft this year? Who do you think will put up the better stats and get more touches throughout the year?
Jones doesn't get more than 13-15 carries, he won't get 18-22 carries which keeps him in the mid 2nd Tier RB level. D. Williams may not get 20 carries every game either but the Chiefs have the most prolific offense in the NFL. with lots of weapons at receiver and tight end and opposing defenses won't be able to cheat up on defense to try to stop D. Williams because Mahomes will burn them deep. KC's offense will not change from last year. D. Williams is also a better receiver than Jones which adds to the PPR points. It's about who has the highest ceiling. D. Williams has the higher points potential in the Chiefs powerful offense and we saw what he can do last year. I believe that continues as you cannot stop all of the Chiefs weapons. The Chiefs do have the toughest defenses to pass against, which tells me that they will try to run the ball even more this year, having a more 60% pass 40% run balanced offensive run-pass play calling making Williams the focus of the offense, and continuing to throw dump passes to Williams in the flats and across the middle also.
So if I have a late first round pick and I have to choose between devante Adams or joe mixon would you tell me to take the receiver? My plan is to take rb with my first 2 maybe 3 picks but since 3 of the top rb’s I should avoid according to this video it sounds like I might possibly have to take wr. I like the heavy rb strategy cause rb’s usually get more touches and the more touches they get the bigger chance for points, What do you think?
It all really depends on who is there at the end of the round... If Adams or Hopkins are there it will be hard to pass but you'd have to go heavy RB afterwards
Got Melvin Gordon with a 4th rd pick. Picked up David Johnson and Nick Chubb in 1st and 2nd round. Just couldn't let Gordon pass by me again without nabbing him.

@@TheFantasyHeadliners The problem with going WR-WR in the first two rounds is that you have to hit big your remaining RB's in the draft if you are going to have a consistent scoring team. That's easier said than done and is seriously rolling the dice that those RB's are going to produce strongly on a weekly basis, some will many won't and that's why they are in the 3rd and 4th rounds. Thank me later.- Ltrain Golden, Co. FFB since 1990 P.S. It would be great to see a video on the players( QB-RB-WR-TE ) who excelled over their ADP in the 2nd half of last season. Through experience, Iv'e noticed that many of them continue the production going into the following year. Throwing out the 1st half bad production numbers can give us a better view of what should come from them in 2019 as they became the focus of the offense.
TheSaleen786 I won a Championship Full PPR last year with Michael Thomas, Stefon Diggs, Alshon Jeffrey, Golden Tate at WR and Travis Kelce at TE. With RB’s Phillip Lindsay and Adrian Peterson, & later picking up Damien Williams from waiver wire for last 4 games. I won convincingly.
Joshua Wiltbank it does!! I have Bose Soundlinks and beats and on both there’s a buzz, if I had to describe it, think of the videos we used to take on old-early android phones. I don’t mean to be critical, I love the channel, I truly do. But it Hs been on more than one occasion where the buzzing has forced me to turn down the volume significantly and it’s frustrating.
It's funny you quote Beast mode to start the video. I have been looking at his stats to compare Bell, as he was the most recent back who took a year off and came back to a new team. The numbers from that season, even with Bell being a few years younger warrants me not wanting a part of Bell this season.
@@TheFantasyHeadliners I feel like it was the closest variable to look at for a FA running back. I do think Bell will have a better season than what Lynch had in 2017. However, I hate the ADP at this time.
Agree with bell, mixon I do not agree. Last year his Oline wasn’t all that great that man still put up numbers. Agree on thielen, I’m not fading Gordon
I understand your points on Thielen, but watching him every week it's clear he's very talented. I think he'll still get his targets, especially with the box stacked to counter Cook. Plus, Diggs gets hurt every year. I think the volume will be there for Thielen this season, and he could suprise a lot of people.
What’s up Nick! Really appreciate the kind words! To answer, no. Jake offered me the opportunity to join him this season and I 100% jumped on board. Jake has always had his own brand, he only helped RotoBaller last season. This is the only channel you need to sub to now!
@@TheFantasyHeadliners Yeah i loved this show last season, my go to program for Fantasy Football, now with you added to the Headliner Nation there is only one way this show is going, and that is up! This is by far the NUMBER 1 FANTASY FOOTBALL show, not only on youtube but in America. I predict big things for you guys, you guys work hard to get us the best knowledge out there, appreciate it
The big name player I'm staying away from is Patrick Mahomes. Their will be regression from last season and he's going wayyyy to early in most of these mock drafts that I'm seeing. Plenty of other great options later on at QB.
What up Kyle. 100% agree with Bell. I just don't trust Gase. I will trade for bell or try before 2nd half of season Fo sho!! Theilen ADP to high for me but not a pass if he drops to 3.12 , 4.1. Love Mixon and have a feeling he will go off even with line issues so we shall see my friend. I disagree that they will sit him unless they are out of playoff contention and that will take a while so I don't like your take on that but enjoy the show anyway as always thank you
I'm sorry but I'm drafting Theilan if I can. Why would I avoid a guy who gets better every year? Even if they run the ball more that's only going to open things up for him.
@@TheFantasyHeadliners I guess a lot of his value comes from making big plays in big moments, which doesn't necessarily mean FFB points. You might be right that Diggs is trending up when it comes to pure stats.
Going to disagree on Mixon. This apparent concern for preserving his health was lacking towards the end of the season. They were dead when Big Red was out. Including week two against Baltimore where Mixon kept coming in and out with a knee problem. Bengals didn't sit him, he finished with 21 carries. The recent RB pick ups are more than likely to because of what happend last year. Mixon was out week 3 & 4. Bernard was injured week 4. If Mixon wasn't good by week 5 they would have had a real problem. You'd expect them to add depth. He's losing a left guard though puts a dent on this seasons potential. He still achieved last years stats with a poopy front line it hasn't gotten worse. And he's hitting the physical prime for backs (statistically). He'll be fine.
Depends where you’re drafting. I think since his adp is falling people aren’t talking about avoiding him as much. Personally I’d take him after surefire workhorse guys with high upside like Dalvin Cook or Chubb. If he’s still there at that point I’d take him with confidence, but make sure you get the handcuff later
Totally missed the point... Never compared the players... compared the situations of RB's who had success and then struggled with new teams... Shaun - Get over it... We've talked about it for months and even made videos on it... you're like Al Bundy bringing up his high school football days at this point
Bell is a patient runner. He would sit behind the Steelers excellent line and wait for the hole to develop. The jets line definitely isn't the Steelers. I don't feel comfortable drafting him in the first. If he slides (which I doubt he will) I would to bite.
@@thethumper088 he does that patient shit because he knows he was on damn near the best line in the league, watch how he just excels after the handoff behind the Jets so so line. You haven't seen him do it(have a few times), but remember how fast Bell is. Defenses are going to wish Bell was in the backfield with his hand on his o-lineman shoulder, waiting for an opening, watch!!! He's gonna get the Ball, and past them before they even get out their stance. And about 78-80% of the"O"is going to run thru him. I have him 7th on my ranking, in between S Johnson and Chubb(I'm extremely high on Chubb.)
I am watching video twice , 1st time with Mute on because Kyle so handsome ! 2nd with volume but not looking on the video, just listening information :)

Yes late second or early third round is when I would take him, but that's me
It's funny you quote Beast mode to start the video. I have been looking at his stats to compare Bell, as he was the most recent back who took a year off and came back to a new team. The numbers from that season, even with Bell being a few years younger warrants me not wanting a part of Bell this season.
The numbers from FAs to new teams is an interesting one for sure. I forgot to include Lynch!
@@TheFantasyHeadliners I feel like it was the closest variable to look at for a FA running back. I do think Bell will have a better season than what Lynch had in 2017. However, I hate the ADP at this time.
Adam Theilen went to my school so frick you I’m drafting him 😂
Well ok then! LOL
Well that's a good reason to draft him
Craig Turner except all my friends know him as well, so he’ll probably go in the second round 🙃
If I purchase the draft guide can I mock draft and edit keepers and picks and stuff like that?
He doesn’t have those capabilities, but there is almost 500 pages of info and PDF info you can print before your draft
Agree with bell, mixon I do not agree. Last year his Oline wasn’t all that great that man still put up numbers. Agree on thielen, I’m not fading Gordon
I hate putting Mixon on this list, but I don’t love him as a first round pick. Keep that in mind. I didn’t say avoid him all together
Purchased a draft guide do I need to email you to be entered in Kamara drawing?
No sir. Your purchase is your entry
Nice
Thx!
I understand your points on Thielen, but watching him every week it's clear he's very talented. I think he'll still get his targets, especially with the box stacked to counter Cook. Plus, Diggs gets hurt every year. I think the volume will be there for Thielen this season, and he could suprise a lot of people.
So are you guys no longer part of rotoballer?? Kyle and Jake, you guys were carrying them so if you are, good for you, great decision!!
Love the show
What’s up Nick!
I predict big things for you guys, you guys work hard to get us the best knowledge out there, appreciate it
Would you put Connor over Mixon at this point?
Yes
The big name player I'm staying away from is Patrick Mahomes. Their will be regression from last season and he's going wayyyy to early in most of these mock drafts that I'm seeing. Plenty of other great options later on at QB.
100% agree. Too early for a QB at his current ADP.
Not to mention Mahomes has got the Madden Cover Curse put on him. I feel like he's gonna get injured or his stats are gonna go down
@@Fapfappa ohh yeahh i forgot he was going on madden. nice catch lol
Is that only commercial??
What up Kyle. 100% agree with Bell. I just don't trust Gase. I will trade for bell or try before 2nd half of season Fo sho!! Theilen ADP to high for me but not a pass if he drops to 3.12 , 4.1. Love Mixon and have a feeling he will go off even with line issues so we shall see my friend. I disagree that they will sit him unless they are out of playoff contention and that will take a while so I don't like your take on that but enjoy the show anyway as always thank you
Thx Lucas!
I'm sorry but I'm drafting Theilan if I can. Why would I avoid a guy who gets better every year? Even if they run the ball more that's only going to open things up for him.
We never said to not draft him.... Just didn't like to DRAFT him at his current ADP of the video
Thx for sharing your opinion!
I'm about to grab a draft guide.
Much appreciated!
Straight 🔥
You miss gurley should he be avoided or take the risk to pick him.
Depends where you’re drafting. I think since his adp is falling people aren’t talking about avoiding him as much. Personally I’d take him after surefire workhorse guys with high upside like Dalvin Cook or Chubb. If he’s still there at that point I’d take him with confidence, but make sure you get the handcuff later
plus he's someone everyone talks about - trying to get some other names out there
No mention of Gurley and his knee? Much rather have Mixon than TG this year.
Gurley is to given and easy to say... We were trying for more names
Big names to avoid? Well I'm definitely taking Lesean McCoy with my first pick lol
McCoy screwed me last year
@@RealestLGNDkilla I'm just joking lol
Leveon Bell? Hmmmm.....I can't pass on him, I just can't. Your comparing Bell top Lewis, Blount, Crowell? Ok......
What if I got mixon in the late third?
Thats good value!
Love me some fantasy headliners
Thx George!
I just subscribed
Welcome to HeadlinerNation!
Keep Hill in the 4th or Mahomes in the 10th?
Hill for me now that he isnt going to be suspended
I am watching video twice , 1st time with Mute on because Kyle so handsome ! 2nd with volume but not looking on the video, just listening information :)
Im flattered Vik - Kyle
I know I've been thinking about this because I have Le'Veon Bell and Adam thielen on my dynasty leagues, I had some really good trade offers and I don't know what way to go lol
Billy Bogart I know between keeping bell or Julio Jones.. it’s a tough call on bell right now but I’m fired up on him .
@@scottsteder4789 yeah me too but Adam Gates & offensive line worries
show me a tackle that levon bell took that knocked off his feet he's rubberband man, aka alvin kamara, and frank gores step son...a young 27
