this looks like clear PLA. In my experience if you can setup vase mode (only one wall) with large nozzle and print slow and with higher temp you get a clearer finished product. PETG is more milky, and PC (polycarbonate) although very clear, you have to print in an enclosure and thin walls like that would warp.
Sunlu PETG stays fairly clear with fan but it's out of stock. Can't find it anywhere. Should I really be telling people this and make it harder on myself? lol
