...I love, love, love, when Yogananda speaks about magnetism (which he fully embodies) - it is such a crucial discovery. He also said in another talk, that there are basically 2 ways to navigate through life: - either pursue your goals constantly like a hunter, restless and breathless, and if you reach them, you'll be proud; or: - develop your magnetism, that comes through the divine source, and gets refilled constantly... and what you need (what is yours) will come to you, you will be balanced and getting stronger all the time, and yet you won't be proud, as you know, that it is God's force moving through you... ☀🙏💖
@@cegrogan I tried! On my mobile the only option was 0.5, which is way too slow. As I write this now, on my desktop computer, I realize there is a 0.75 option on the desktop browser version of UA-cam, which is actually a bit better. But anyway, what I meant is that a profound content such as this one, or any other, asks not only for a bit of a slower speech, but also for natural pauses. When we speak, there are silences here and there, it's normal. And for the listener, it's during those silences that the right brain can function and give us our little a-ha moments. "Mind the gap", says Eckhart Tolle. Nowadays, everything has to be so fast, fast, fast, that even those tiny silences are being edited out of recorded speech to make a video a dozen seconds shorter in the end. The result is information delivered like a big chunk of concrete. Now, this channel is different. It's doing a beautiful thing, which is to deliver the wisdom of Yogananda to this fast, fast world. I just wished the reading pace itself would be a little more meditative. But in any case, thank you so much. And please keep going 🙏🌱
Thank you for this insightful perspective-it’s a wonderful reminder that depth in teachings like Yogananda’s truly benefits from a mindful pace. I'll certainly take this to heart as I continue sharing his words, letting the pauses speak as much as the words themselves. I appreciate the way you described the 'breathing space' these teachings deserve. It’s a joy to know the content resonates with you and others who feel the same. 🙏🌱

Beautifully expressed! ✨🙏 May we all embrace this path of divine magnetism and let the higher power guide us effortlessly. 🌸💫
Thanks 🙏🙏

Wonderful selection of Yogananda wisdom. A slightly slower reading would make it even better. It needs breathing space.
You can slow the speed down? ☺️🙏🏼💜💚
