My mum was walking in the shops the other day, and she took a photo for me, and they where fakes! Imagine someone that didn't know what shopkins looked like, and bought fake ones that's just not good!

I would also like to say that I know that kids will see these and say well I like the glitter one. Then like you said parents will say well they are cheaper.Like Paul and Shannon said it is bad to rip off the company. But, an even bigger problem would be when a toy is made in China and NOT meant to be sold in the United States, Canada ,UK or other countries that have strict regulations that China does not. So they can basically do what ever they want to make the cost cheaper. So they use lead paint and other very dangerous chemicals that the United States and other countries DO NOT allow.So if you buy these Shopkins and you have younger kids in the house and they accidentally put these in their mouth. They can have VERY SERIOUS HEALTH problems.So please don't be tempted to buy them.They were smelling all the bad chemicals in the video telling you how bad they smelled . You don't want your loved ones to get hurt or any child for that matter.I had no idea there were even bootleg ones. Thank you so much for the information. Great, Great video!!!

In the fake pack it had 2 special editions on the front. But in the real pack it only has 1 special edition on the front
I saw a Diffrence Instantly, The Real Shopkins Basket had a Darker Purple But the Fake One had a lighter purple!
And the pack of the fake one was a bit of a darker color

I got my daughter a pack of shopkins from five below. her favorite one in the pack got stolen so I got her another pack from toys r us. a few months later we started to see differences. they were the same color and everything but the paint job on the five below pack was so weird looking. it was like they were very heavy on the paint. is it possible they're fakes? it wasn't just that particular pack, I noticed it with the Easter egg shopkins also.
Hi. We have noticed the same thing. Shopkins are now made in several different factories so we have seen a difference in paint application on different characters. We have purchased lots of Shopkins from Five Below and they are all real so I am sure your daughters are too. Thanks for watching and say hi to your little girl for us.

pstoyreviews I can't believe that people do these thing like try an copy other brands like moose and these China people try to copy. I have never seen fake shopkins but if their was you guys would of helped me giving that advice to me. I have definitely accidentally purchased fake Shopkins. I bought a random lot of 100 Shopkins on eBay after seeing another UA-camr open up a package of random Shopkins. She had a few fakes but most of them were real so I went for it. I got my package today and all 100 Shopkins were 100% FAKE and they stink and the quality is horrible. I really wish I had been more careful. I'll never buy from a seller in China ever again!

I recently started watching your videos and really appreciate this one in particular. I just bought my first package of shopkins a few days ago, (clearly behind the game in these collectibles) but was tempted to get a lot of a zillion on eBay simply because the earlier toys are not available in retail. So glad I saw this first. And by the way if ya'll resale your duplicates, please let me know since I would definitely trust you as a knowledgeable and safe source..... Good video. :)

In a different video I watched there was a fake Shopkins. On the shopping bag and shopping basket and said shoping not Shopkins. Shopkins with different colors like yours. In the package the Shopkins were facing the wrong way. In the blind bags Shopkins weren't even blind. One of the Shopkins that she found in the blind bag that was curly fries that you get in the shopping cart. The Shopkins even worked as erasers. The package didn't even list the season. The package is also faded. You could easily tell it was fake.

i think i might have got a fake shopkins season 4 2 pack. the moose logo wasnt green it was white and i got an ultra rare but it didnt have the sparkles and glitter on it. could this possibly be a fake shopkins season 4 2 pack? the other shopkin that i got was completely normal but felt really weird and different someone plz tell me if this was fake not PLZ!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you guys for letting me know this. Although I was aware of this because at the at the store i saw a fake season 4 pack with Lana banna bread,Hattie hat, and Bri fresherner. Then it said, "look out for new petkins!" and then it pointed to Tiny Tree.It annoys me that so many people are getting fooled! Overall, I think letting people know who don't know about fakes is really good. Great job.

I’m just curious what do the bootleg ones smell like when opened?
Just so you know, they will usually take the original item and make a mould from it. So when you're talking about the polkadots on the bag not being as prominent? It's because there's a size difference and a tiny size loss from the mould making process. It's not so noticeable on some things, but on the finer detail you can tell the difference.
I love Shopkins, i have over a thousand. I have deliberately purchased fake ones only once. I bought them because I like the way they looked. They come in some pretty interesting colors. I love that pink hattie hat and the blue spaghetti. And the yellow stapler is awesome! I like it with the glitter.

We got fakes too. Maybe our video will be helpful as well. We got a whole entire case. This was a great video to help everyone know what to look for. We now only purchase from authorized retailers because it was so sad to have to tell our daughter that we had to return her beloved Shopkins.

The problem I have with eBay in 🇬🇧 generally is non-🇬🇧 sellers saying they are in 🇬🇧 but legal info in not a 🇬🇧 address, and takes way too long to get delivered, and sometimes you can’t view the address, I can’t stand these guys, it’s so dishonest to be so sneaky and deceiving, really gets me so mad. Rant over.
