I like the lights in your class!!
Preach!! I am the same way. This is my space for 8-9 hours per day, so I like it the way I like it. Also, I want my 6th graders to like being in my room. Love the yoga mat idea since our custodians would rather us not have rugs.

Tina,
Thank you for giving us the tour of Your Classroom.
Honestly, you have filled me with so many organizational ideas that it makes Martha Stewart or Rachael Ray sound like a college student.
Whether you are a teacher or not, an organized person is a stable person.
Keep on handling it like a champ.

I ran to HomeGoods on Saturday and luckily they had those little drawer units. My daughter just got a permanent teaching job and she is not a fan of the "teacher toolkit" but we filled the little drawers with all her small boxes of different supplies. It's better to have everything in one condensed spot as opposed to having 3 boxes of different size paper clips, 2 boxes of different size paper clips, boxes of staples, bandaids, push pins, batteries, etc. in or on her desk. So glad I stumbled on your video because I don't usually go into HomeGoods. I filled it up with whatever little boxes of things she had and made the tabs in my Silhouette. It held all her little bits with drawers to spare that we filled with eyeglass wipes, her calendar month magents and still have a few more to fill.
I'm not a teacher, but enjoy your videos so much 🌻 the classroom looks amazing!
I love your sign and decor even outside your room! I also spend a lot of my own. It calms my team and I to have some cute decor amidst the chaos. :)
I like how your room flows. I dont lime my room overdone but want it nicely decorated and functional! Oh my goodness, I didn't know people commented on how much teachers spend on here. I like to decorate my room and wish I could do more and yes it's your money, can do what you want with it! I've had people tell me to get more but they have no idea how much I've already spent and so I say "oh good idea, are you volunteering to get it for me? "😂😅
Point one…..AMEN!!!!!
Love it!
I love my remote to turn on and off my lamps!
Love the real behind your classroom tour! Mine looks like that too! Controlled chaos! 😂 do you have only 15 students??? Jealousy! I have 4 groups of 33😮
I love the floor.
How can I get the lettering that's on your door? (Hello, Scientists)
just thinking that the "homeless" crayons could be renamed. in our district we have un housed families and the label may trigger some embarrassment. Just a thought. I used "lost and found". Just a thought. Love your room!
I agree. That stuck out to me. I would just have a label that says “crayons.”
