I believe a video along the lines of what is mentioned in those threads did exist online back in the 2000s. But, I feel like it may have went by various different names so simply searching for “LOL Superman” will lead us to dead ends.
Even if the name was changed it would be easy to spot. There can't be many videos out there with that kind of content: real impactfootages with 9/11 jumpers. If it's out there under another name, many people would come across it and the rumour would quickly spread.
9:53 "I usually like doing an after video 'funny' but i'm not going to do one for 911 so watch another video on the channel" creepy how you edited that way :P i was watching this at 3am & that last part gave me the chills :P
I remember the most graphic jumpers I saw over the years.. A Firefighters perspective of a person hitting a light pole which creates a visible mist and from a couple where a you see a person rip through a fabric roof then hit the outoor stage, you see the stage dent in as the person hits. If I recall correctly the person recording the video says "thats a person Tammy" not sure if it would help anyone find it though. There's a lot more footage from that day than most expect, some of the longer videos catch things one would only see watching the full video second by second. Like closeups of people leaping out, one person visibly smouldering as he falls.. What a terrible day.. Wouldnt be able to forget it if I tried I saw it live on TV as it was unfolding.
What you're explaining is one of two only (found) existing footages of a person hitting the ground. Here's the footage: ua-cam.com/video/8djabyYNP0M/v-deo.htmlsi=-odzlySe7bMIosQx
In my experience there's tons of things that go missing from the Internet, especially from the early days before people cared about making an archive of every niche subject. It would not surprise me at all if there was a lot of 9/11 media that has been lost and forgotten. In those early years there were probably people who wanted to share whatever they personally filmed or witnessed, maybe on their own little website or blog page now gone. In those days there were all sorts of shock websites that would steal videos and share them in distasteful ways. I also think they hosted a lot of fake or misrepresented stuff too, perhaps similar shock videos claiming to be 9/11, but weren't. What I find suspect about this is the lack of reputable people saying they remember it. Most of those who insist it's real are non-nonchalant and have varying recollections, or they were so young they can't remember anything definitively, while most the people who take the subject seriously have never heard of it.
I shudder to consider the idea, but should this footage ever surface, it would indubitably stand as the darkest most fucked up testament ever etched onto film in human history. An oft-overlooked detail of that day 9/11 day reveals a chilling scene - the story of a woman who endured her fatal from one thousand one hundred four feet fall for a fleeting few moments within the suspected location of this elusive video. Someone named Ernest Armstead, an FDNY Emergency Medical Technician, found himself thrust into the unbearable duty of triage tagging the unfortunate victims strewn across the North Tower east side plaza. His task was to mark them with black tags - a grim symbol of their tragic fate. Among the sorrowful tableau, he encountered a woman, her form gruesomely reduced to just a head, shoulder, and part of her upper right torso. Yet in her final moments, she beseeched him, her voice a haunting whisper, "I'm not dead, call my daughters." Bound by the somber code of triage, Ernest, despite his own torment, was obliged to mark her with the black tag of mortality. His duties in the plaza completed, narrowly escaping being hit by debris himself, he turned his steps toward the WTC's interior where more souls awaited his grim service. Yet again, the woman's plea echoed in the wind, a desperate cry, "Please, I'm not dead!" Over and over. The thought of this entire event possibly caught on video somewhere sends shivers down my spine. It's an unsettling thought that rattles me to my very core. It's an undeniable certainty that this fucked up scene was captured by the CCTV cameras from WTC five and six. The fact that Joe Cullity's photographs - pristine and vivid in HD - were snapped mere moments before that very area was plunged into chaos, is a reality that strains comprehension. If you want more more info about the "Black tag lady" and or citation look in: Dean E. Murphy's "September 11: An Oral History" (2002, p. 149-155) and the sobering recounting found in "9/11: One Day in America", Season 1, Episode 3 (This is a more soften version of his story though).
Huh, I was thinking of this exact story when watching the video. Tbh I thought it was fake, but seeing that it's from a book of personal accounts and not some creepypasta, damn. I remember being really angry at the guy for running along with his tags. Reading up on it - the guy gave an interview in 2021 - it seems he has regrets about lying to her. That he was in shock, panicked, but also concerned of completing the triage (as far as he knew, it might've saved lives). Even so, more should've been done, but then again can't fault someone for panicking. Can only imagine how furious the lady must've felt, maybe knowing these were her last minutes and she wouldn't even be given a phone call.
It was described that a pregnant woman jumped and the fetus spilled out. Pretty gruesome and a feeling of desperation to either burn or jump. One would hope to die of shock prior to slamming into the floor
There was another tale of two seats with intact passengers that was ejected from a plane and slammed into someone's living room where they remained for weeks until the occupant was allowed to go back to there apt. It was not true, but prevailed as a report on tv news. Still completely false. I think the fetus story is also along those lines.
@MrAvenger1975 I genuinely don't think people understand what happened to those bodies. Ive seen some images back in the day, and what was left of them looked like someone had thrown packs of ground beef into the streets. The one that looked like enough...material to have been an entire body was just a 10 foot long pile of red. I saw another that was just...a pile of skin and fabric, with the top of a skinless head in the middle. The face/hair is clearly visible to the right of the head, because the force of the impact shifted the skin off the bone. That's what happened to thoes poor people. I think its why so many people want to find this video; to actually understand. I dont _want_ to see it, but I feel like I almost owe it to them? Its weird, I know, but they had to make the decision to do that, to end up like that. And it doesn't seem fair that I just get to look away to avoid feeling bad. They didn't get that choice. My point being: no, no intact fetus just 'fell out'. If a pregnant woman did jump, they'd have probably only figured that out from testing the remains
There is actually 2 videos of jumpers hitting the ground 1 is a jumper hitting a lamppost but I kinda doubt this one The 2nd is from Guy Rosbrook’s footage where a jumper is shown falling and hitting a stage in the plaza, also in the video there’s footage of the remains of the jumpers
Maybe I’m mistaken, but I feel like I remember this differently. I think the name “LOL SUPERMAN” actually refers to the plane striking the tower. For some reason, I feel i remember the the title attached to a video that was about 10 seconds long , with pretty much the only content shown being the tower being impacted. I would say there’s a good chance the FBI is in possession of the footage based on the response, but let’s not pretend the FBI is the most forthcoming with truth, and could be covering their tracks as to not release footage of the attacks that has not been seen on a mainstream platform. That being said, I do believe the video “LOL SUPERMAN” existed at one point, but in a different way than most people think. I think it was a really short clip, that showed the tower being struck, with a piece of shrapnel flying out the other side of the building.
If something like this interests you even more Coby, stuff about the WTC. There are entire threads trying to research the lost media of the WTC Plaza music. Really interesting stuff and I know some of the people involved who have found some of the music played on that day.
If you’re referring to the video of a man filming at the base of the WTC and the tune playing in the background, I am almost positive it’s an instrumental version of She’s Always a Woman by Billy Joel. He’s a New York native, so it wouldn’t surprise me. I have the clip as part of a two part compilation called 102 Minutes. Strangely enough, I can’t find it anywhere online. Digital versions are on my hard drive. It’s basically a mashup of videos with occasional added audio and subtitles, closing with interviews of those who filmed certain parts used. But back to the music, I remember a high pitch note which correlates to “Ohhhh! She takes care of herself.” Sadly, the same person in the video with the music I believe later recorded a man high up who attempted to lower himself down the side of the building with some sort of rope only to lose his grip and fall. That instance wasn’t included in 102 Minutes. The whole event is insanely tragic and it brings me no satisfaction to ever discuss it. I feel it’s important to acknowledge what happened and honor the memory of those affected, though.
@@digidv85the song that was playing when the man that was lowering himself down with a sheet or rope-something to the sort was an instrumental version of “How Deep Is Your Love” by The Bee Gees. You are correct, though, that an instrumental version of “She’s Always a Woman” is also playing in that video. Jack Talericero (spelling) video is what to search to find it.
@@datdudecollins I figured She’s Always a Woman was just one song that would’ve been cycled through however the music was played at the courtyard. All the footage on that day is just so haunting. The eeriness of Billy Joel’s tune amidst all the destruction happening then seeing the desperation of that man lowering himself outside of however high he was up. I can’t ever fathom how hopeless I’d feel in such a scenario. My final thoughts would probably be on my family and all the remaining missed opportunities to have together.
