the first billie song i heard was ocean eyes without knowing it was her: i heard it on videos as a trend. then, i heard lovely on the radio but still hadn't been paying attention to her until her album came out and my friend at the time put me on (no pun intended) to bad guy and then i found when the party's over and that song was the gateway to my love and appreciation for billie. she is now one of my all-time favorite artists.
The only song where Billie didn't write any of the lyrics was Ocean Eyes, their very first song that they released on SoundCloud, that's how they got noticed. Every other song, Billie either wrote 50/50 or all of it.
