I think it’s also referencing that she was presenting classic 40s beauty, so it’s WW2 era. Some soldiers would have pictures of movie stars or pinup girls if they didn’t have a girlfriend or wife, so Alaska is comparing her to the beauties of that era. I thought it was a really clever and apt take honestly

the best thing about this new season of the pit stop is that they actually changed the chairs. Had me SUFFERING with them little uncomfortable looking ass chairs during season 15

i loved jimbo’s entrance (the look and line) as well as her response to criticism it received. as a cis woman i’ve never felt anything but joy and appreciation from how jimbo plays with suer exaggerated feminine features, she’s extremely unserious but totally earnest in the things she does. i love, love, LOVE jimbo❤️
