So if you leave battlefield with more than your Infirmary Capacity the extra troops die or you get to heal them. For example will you be able to heal 800k outside the battle?

If you leave with more than your infirmary capacity you'll have a full infirmary and if you lose troops back in your state you'll lose troops then.
