    August challenge
    Wake up 5:00 and drink ginger shots
    Do meditation and some exercises
    Do breakfast at 8:00 Am
    Learn a new skill
    Take bath at 11:00
    Do some Puja and meditation (read books)
    Have lunch at 1:00
    Learn some new skills again
    Take complete 1 hr rest
    Wake up 4:00, do some fat burning exercises for fat loss
    Drink green tea at 5:00 pm
    Learn some skills again
    Have dinner at 8:00
    Go to bed at 10:30
    ( Avoid fried foods and sugary beverages for atleast 30 days)
