i had a 14 foot runabout with the same type of front end and in 2 feet of chop i could bring it up to plane over the waves as is would cut through them instead of bouncing on the like so many of todays boats that i watch. great design work
Looks great! Getting my 37XC in a few months. I take it that as thats Sydney that you cant just jump in that water for a swim? Anything bitey in that water?
The one that is on the beach is an Axopar 37 Cross Cabin with a wrap but also featured in the offshore footage is the BRABUS Shadow 900 Cross Cabin with Gelcoat grey, this has the same hull.
Yeah it is ventilation, not cavitation. Probably one of the most misused terms when it comes to boating performance. Even the engine manufactures call it a cavitation plate when it should really be a ventilation plate over the prop
New Mercury 600s or a pair of Yamaha XTOs for a proper fit...otherwise I would argue for a Yamaha Jet Drive system in order to reduce weight even further and add a full battery electric propulsion option or diesel electric hybrid. Then you're talking a range well in excess of 600 even a thousand miles depending on "refinements."
Axopar themselve they do not fit bigger ones as 350hp. If you want more power, buy the Brabus shadow 900 with twin 450's which is based on the Axopar 37.
Hi Dennis, as Lennart mentioned if you are looking for engines larger than 350hp you should look at the BRABUS Shadow 900. If you want more information look here... www.eyachts.com.au/boats/brabus-shadow-900/ The hull and all of the information in the video is the same however with twin 450s you will be sure you go faster.
Awesome Boat. I truly love it. Cheers from the Parana River!, Rosario. Argentina!
Very good and informative video! Thanks for your effort! I love Axopar boats especially the 28 cabin. Greets from Germany - baltic sea - Lübeck bay.

Really enjoyed that review... makes me want to order one right away and get on the ocean ⚓
Liked this video. Next or soon I really would like the 45’ featured in the same kind of video .
We cannot wait to make this for you. We will get the first look at the Axopar 45 in May so you can expect some videos to go live soon after that.
@@eyachts that’s soon. I’m excited. Just seems right for me.
Beautiful boat!
What’s the quality like of these boats - fit and finish, etc?

Congrats, that is exciting. There is always something that is potentially bitey in the water but it doesn't stop us!
Do the windows have UV protection?
Beautiful boats. What model is the grey boat?

This is a beautiful color. How this is done? Is it a vinyl wrap?
Yes it is.
@@eyachts Thank you for your answer. It will be too much to ask film brand and color number?

Isn't it called ventilation when the props get air and lose the grip?
Yeah it is ventilation, not cavitation. Probably one of the most misused terms when it comes to boating performance. Even the engine manufactures call it a cavitation plate when it should really be a ventilation plate over the prop
How much?

Do they have larger engines in the performance model? Can axopar run 400hp or larger engines twins?

@@eyachts I want one - we should all have the opportunity in our life to have one; thats not asking too much.
