Hi Syn, commissioner of the Antrodemus here. 🙋♂️ Prepping you for it. The "dossier" text for it is on the mod page and has some guidance. Antrodemus is an Allosaur, hence why it dropped the brain (it's actually a dubius name for Allosaurus). You need Allo brains to tame it. You'll see what I mean and I hope you enjoy it! I have to warn you tho, the landscape seems to make the taming a little finicky at certain times, so bring extras. We are working on it. It also shares the same base stats as your favorite creature 😉

@MrSharkSaver50 if you aggro it, you need to leave render range and come back to reset it. The trick is to drop the brain on the ground without it aggro'ing to your character. It is harder to do on the ground because you have to manage that balance of distance. Far enough away not to pull aggro, but close enough for it to detect the brain. If you still have troubles even then, that's likely due to the issue we are trying to work out.
It'd be cool if the tracking dart made it, so the Majunga automatically chased the creature so you wouldn't have to move, freeing you up fully to start pelting it with tranq darts. Make the AI smart enough that it didn't run off of cliffs, and voilà, you basically have a self-driving dinosaur to tame creatures with.
Syntac, it’s great to see how your center is slowly becoming more like mine with every mod, except that yours has better builds and friends and a really high crime rate. In all seriousness, these are some great mods, and I love seeing how you cover them. I honestly think that majungasaurus with quick-hitting has boss fighting potential, even outside the center.

There's a mod with beanbag shells! It's called additional munitions. It adds like 9 vanilla balanced weapons and some different ammo types, some weapons are a little underpowered but they're all configurable in ini I believe.
I'm so excited for you to check out the "other" creature that you ran into, they're actually pretty strong. Got a few mutation stacks in them and they're really good. There is an Aberrant version too that's resistant to radiation if you eventually add mods to your Ab series.
A bit of a note, from what I recall the Majunga isn't immune to torpor normally, it just takes heavily reduced torpor if you haven't applied the saliva to yourself.
There is a weapons mod that exists that does add beanbag shells for shotguns and they do inflict torpor, the mod also hass a LOT more stuff like LMGs and grenade launchers as well

I believe that the transponder nodes are released with extinction, I agree that they wouldn’t be super useful as is but giving them a tlc to make them actually useful could prove really beneficial to the game!

I really like this creature, especially the Aberrant version. It's certainly low key and perhaps deceptively mediocre in power. I don't believe it works exactly as intended but I found that in tracking mode it pretty much gets infinite running stamina whereas I would have preferred a much more pronounced speed boost. The damage increases the more health a target loses and for a med tier creature can get to some very good numbers. My only real gripe is that it's missing a small jump ability to have more utility and flexibility for terrain traversing alongside better speed in tracking mode. It's good, but it could have been great. Looks and animations wise, it's top notch!
Majungasaurus has always been my favorite abelisaurid (excluding cerato because it looks so different from the rest) Carno is cool and all, but I just love majunga and rajasaurus so much!
Syntac fun fact from camp creatatious( idk how to spell it ) majungasaurus are cannibals if u put 2 of them near each other in minutes they will kill the other majunga making them one of the most aggresive species of dinosaur

You know why it doesnt align right? Freaking triangle foundations. I made a giant wall around my Abbe base, and it was perfectly symmetrical using triangle and square foundations, and the damn thing didnt line up by half a foundation. I blame the lack of a truly right-angled foundation (which i would have happily used instead)
I hope you aren’t gonna wait til all the maps are out to start the cluster. Not saying this as a fact or anything just my opinion I feel like Al other map specific and mod series are side content and the cluster is the main series of this channel. I get so much inspiration to do stuff in my own game from that, since that’s the only way I play is like a continuous playthrough with all maps
i really feel sorry for you, i have spent silly amounts of time building and noticed it a block off.... i cant ignore it, it must all come down it drives my friends crazy! lol also how does you eating saliva which is disgusting btw... make him venerable to torpor? lol

It'd be cool if the tracking dart made it, so the Majunga automatically chased the creature so you wouldn't have to move, freeing you up fully to start pelting it with tranq darts.
