You scored a triple black rust free D body with a sunroof for $300 bucks! Wow that’s a 6k car on a bad day...you scored.
Get a Buick Roadmaster HVAC control. But you have to modify its mounting to fit the Caddy. You can also get a factory garage door opener that will plug right into that car.
I did both of those in my 1995 Fleetwood.
As a Cadillac driver, I approve this.
You had me at 3:40, I thought that how it sounded, i thought nice, haha but then you showed the other Caddy which sounds boss.

Love these cars. Had a 95 Fleetwood Brougham and have a 96 Buick Roadmaster now. The only thing that sucks is trying to get parts. I have the tow package and just replaced the serpentine belt and tensioner and since the mechanical fan has to come off to change was going to replace the fan belt and tensioner just because. They don’t make the tensioner any more and no aftermarket part either. Bought the car in 2016 from widow of original owner (92 yrs old) with 22,641 miles and have 37,000 now. Can only hope some things don’t go wrong before I die...lol

Dude, can't find a 96 with a sunroof like yours.... looking for the last year, to year and half!
That deep dash pad acts like a hotplate in the sun. It takes a few miles of driving for the A/C to override the radiant heat that dash generated.
Had a 96 in Champaign color dam thing was nice and 5.7 is sweet.

If you want to unlock full control of the HVAC system, you need to get a Buick Roadmaster climate control. It plugs right in.
Yes, but you have to modify the mounting. I put my Buick Hvac into a Fleetwood case.

There is about 1/2" adjustment you can make to the rear ride height on the air pump actuator near the rear differential (the actual air pump is under the hood).

Its funny how people complain about being hot at 95 degrees when over here in vegas nv when is really hot it gets 115 all summer long lol!
Depends on the type of heat, Houston has a higher heat index with humidity, but has a lower temperature than Phoenix and the like

The Buick roadmaster climate control switch out will fix your issue with getting rid of the auto

@@HighPSItv its a cheap part to replace, the switch just goes bad, fixed mine on my 96 for like $18 i think. what backspacing did you use for your wheels? im looking at a set of 18" us mags for my Fleetwood and you have a really nice looking fit for the wheels/tires on yours. if its an 8" wide rim i think i would use the same backspace you have. My mom has a all white 93 brougham and she got it in an accident 8 years ago and I’m 15 now so I’m gonna fix it for her and I’m gonna get a new hood and grille for it but she daily drove it for so long every one called it the white whale

No, factory sunroof cars did not have rear vanity mirrors. The factory sunroof, being larger, would interfere with the wiring for those mirrors.

@@canogaparque818 Not a fan of rat rods either. I go for either 100% original restorations or tasteful resto-mods. Resto-mods being upgrading drivetrain, brakes and suspension components while keeping the body/paint, interior and trim 100% original/stock looking. In other words not even knowing there are modifications until you open the hood or put it up on a hoist. Ha, ha rat rods, all that work only to make your car look like a rust bucket, fucking ridiculous. Fake patina, what's next old woman's makeup on a 22 year old?
