🏡 Welcome to the tranquility of slow living with Kristina Franziska! Nurturing kind families through ancestral wisdom and modern wellness. 💚 #SlowLiving #MindfulHome
As someone who moved from Denmark to the states, keeping the slow lifestyle sometimes feel like a struggle. I've often been told I'm wasting my time if I am not running around like a headless chicken.
I feel you, I've moved to the states from Europe as well, still am so surprised when I look around me, all those people rushing around.. and for what? They are all hoping and looking forward to tomorrow but tomorrow never comes ☺️ Cherishing the slow living lifestyle so much ❤
Just came across your channel last night and wanted to say that I'm really enjoying your videos and agree with your messages! Thank you for the pleasant content. 🌻
The garden is looking great already! I love seeing the updates and growth there. And the doggos, so cute exploring the outside! This food - mmm! Yes, please.
Hello good time Today I got acquainted with your beautiful channel, it is really beautiful and wonderful, the atmosphere of the videos is full of positive energy and peace. The stage design, editing and composition are unique. You are a skilled artist, yet tender and kind I'm also new to video production and glad to be a member of your channel, it's awesome dear Good luck my dear colleague
I just subscribed to your very wholesome and informative channel! But I’m so sorry to see that this last video I watched was the last video!😢 Im sure the business of life, especially in the summertime, has given us much to do! Myself included. I just wanted you know that your channel is very uplifting and your voice says it all about yourself! I loved hearing you describe life in itself. Had to laugh in one video about you still driving a minivan as my husband and I still drive one after so many years. We don’t carry children anymore, just pets.🤣So thank you for all of the videos you shared! They were truly enjoyed!
I just love your ideals. Life is just too busy these days. I recently found you and this video is a breathe of fresh air. I so look forward to your future videos so much.
i think slow living it may be different for everyone. I dont fully agree with the description it was offered here, simply because we are all different. For instance, almost every SL video on youtube has something to do with cooking and baking, as if SL is mostly this. I love cooking, i love baking, enjoy eating, but omg, SL is not this. As a slow living person myself, i dont like the terms mindfulness and presence which feel forceful and rigid to me, instead i prefer the term SAVORING, savoring life moment by moment, making the best of it through diving deep into my senses. To me, beauty is one of the key ingredients for a well savored life, and this can happen through small beauty-full things like flowers, nature, cleanliness, a good book, decorating, creating a beauty-full meal display. But i also love luxury and i consider it very important for my SL fulfillment. Luxury relaxes me, its like the epitome of beauty and savoring. In France, living in an aristocratic chateau in countryside is called slow living. In Tuscany - Italy, is the same, and these countries are the ones who invented the term of SL. Thats why they take a few hours for lunch break every day, they dont rush and they make the most of everything they have. Portugal and Spain are also famous for their slow life where being lazy in the middle of the day is called siesta after a good meal. Simple joys in life savored to the max. For me, i would not be interested in ancestral homekeeping/homesteading and connecting it to SL, although i love someone else doing it for me. It would be too exhausting and not pleasurable at all. I love ecological/organic living though and it is a big part of my lifestyle. To me, SL is more about slowing down to savor so much, that at a sensory level my whole body and heart feel fully nourished, and it can happen through any means that is appealing to me. It has nothing to do with things mentioned in the video, unless i really enjoy doing them. It is a way of making love with life, and doing it so slow that everything amplifies through sensing the richness of it.
What you speak of sounds like a truly lovely vacation. Who wouldn't want to luxuriate in a chateau in France with someone to cook and clean for you?! Unfortunately, this lifestyle also sounds inherently classist. It sounds an awful lot like aristocracy, and something that is unattainable for 99.99% of the population. The majority of the world has to work, and most have to work outside the home for money. It is a privilege you and I have to even be able to think about incorporating slow living into our lives. Savor life, YES. But slow living does not mean having someone do your homekeeping tasks for you. That's called being wealthy. Best wishes to you, and thank you for sharing your point of view. I hope you have a lovely day!
