The hype in the beginning of this arc is insane. Also, I 100% agree, Fairy Tail really does emotions well. I love that Mira is the one that represents Fairy Tail and "home" to Lucy - I've always said that I feel like Mira would make a great guild master after Makarov. Not only is she already his second-in-command when it comes to running and organizing things, she's also the caretaker in the group with enough authority to terrify everyone.
zeref didn't say that natsu is the reincarnation of his brother. he said that he used magic to preserve natsu's body than resurrected him. reincarnation isn't resurrection. reincarnation would be like if natsu had died, and than zeref got a women pregnant and said women gave birth to a baby who had natsu's reborn soul in it. in stead Zeref presserved his body than resurrected his soul in that body
the music in the background really hits that reunion home big time. People can talk bad about Fairy Tail all they want, but the music is factually amazing.

To get the juicy backstory as foreshadowing and getting the guild back together is so heartwarming!!! Tears for days when Lucy saw everyone in Magnolia again!!!!!

I first thought master splitting up the guild was messed up but there’s a pretty sad reason behind it that I think you’ll figure out next episode
