- It's Jennifer's first day at her new job and everything is going great until she meets her new boss, Mrs. Lawrence. She has a certain way of doing things, and is not eager to share her knowledge with the new hire. Then as Jennifer starts working on a new project, she realizes that their company is being overcharged by a client. When she brings this to the attention of Mrs. Lawrence, Jennifer is reprimanded instead of rewarded. Unfortunately for Mrs. Lawrence, this new employee has just discovered that Mrs. Lawrence has actually been skimming money from her boss.

I am tired of the same message, it doesn't depicts real life, because If we should take a survey in the working environment, we would encounter more bad black women than white. trust me there is bad in every race, but the most raciest is black women, then Spanish people, other cultures, and then whites.

Mrs. Lawrence learnt the hard way to treat everyone with dignity and respect and not abuse your authority. When she cried at the end, I was thinking "It's your own fault."

Jennifer was being profiled by Ruth, on account of being black and supposedly slacking!! Doing accountancy was the surprise job Jennifer wanted, but Ruth wasn't appreciative of Jennifer and refused to get the hint that there was a deadline!! Kicking the trash bin was her last mistake, time to get her fired for such rudeness and impropriety!! This will get her fired, it will be too late for apologies and resolution!! Bye-bye crazy Karen!!

It reminds me of the 1990s in Russia when I worked at the Economic Dept of the huge plant. Some departments got kickbacks from the suppliers and contractors.
