You need a cutter, a ruler, a pencil, a colored paper and a place to cut, you measure 1 cm with the ruler towards the length of the sheet, then you trace in the direction of the length of the sheet, cut the, you will have a long strip, then with this strip you make a sort of loop, then you pass one end through the loop and so on I didn't follow the rest very well
