That new party hat gootraxian named Partyena, this goo is a Hyena. U can obtain it from wearing the party hat from the gift boxes around the map. I got this information from Muo.
This type of thing can’t not be in the beast area but you can get it in your beast but it won’t show it

Bro this update looks amazing! The map is absolutely awesome and the new little details they added such as the Piñatas, Gifts and the new goo!
