Yall keep saying money, money, money. If Last Dance is to be believed, hes the ultimate competitor. This man showed up at a Bulls practice after he retired after a kid called him out to show the kid up. This man bullied Jerry Krause, the man who was built teams around him. Krause is laughing at MJ, aint so easy is it GOAT? And thats the problem there with MJ and people who saw the Last Dance. Absolute disrespect for Krause and his contributions to SIX CHAMPIONSHIPS. His wife was booed early in the year by Bulls fans too. Absolutely classless. MJ is the GOAT but he lacks leadership, and motivating others thats required in his position. When he was playing, he could dominate the game. Even when he couldnt, he would give in to Rodmans antics, or punch Kerr in practice. I see all the time people who are smart and amazing at their craft, but they are very good coaches, teachers or mentors. Anything basketballl that MJ does, he wants to dominate, and if he doesnt, then its like any other competitor, and hes apparently the ultimate. Him finally selling is him giving up.
He sold the team for $3 billion, which effectively made him a $2.25 billion profit. In the span of 13 years, making a team grow to those levels can only be done by someone with the star power of Michael Jordan.if that’s an epic fail sign me up
Well, the money is good considering he made more than 10x on his investment in the Hornets. But that's not the only reason why he sold it. It was way deeper than that 🤷🏽♂️
Jordan paid 275 million for the team and sold it for 2 billion. He's happy.
sold it in 3 billion dollar
not in 2

Of course he's going to sell it. That thing was hemorrhaging money. I'd rather have the billions. Now I can make more profitable investments
Not the only reason he sold it, but I feel you.
I can’t believe they named that team the Pelicans!! Such a shit name ! It’s embarrassing
😂

I'm guessing profit.
I thought he sold it because he was making 2.5 bil. That is a come up.
