sadly chevreuse is kinda useless in that team since she requires full pyro electro , her buffs wont be active if you dont see this like sparkler effect on ur active character in a full pyro electro team
She would still give atk to the Pyro and electro members, so herself and clorinde, she also enables emilies burning in this team along w/ Lynette spreading more Pyro and/or vv res
I just use her for a Noblesse holder and to apply pyro so I can do reactions with Emilie and Clorinde. I would like to be able to use her properly but I don't have the characters for that.
Her attack buffs trigger as long as there is overload being done and she holds her skill, it’s the RES shred that only triggers in a full pyro/electro team.

Idk much but I think levelling up her normal attack won’t improve your pew pew damage
Idk either, but leveling up everything can't hurt I guess.
