Speaking of later releases of those Take Along taking play third-party models will have Adventure style clip couplers replacing the smart magnets and to me that's what I say that that's what adventures and collectible Railway should have looked like in the first place and with those Cliff couplers you can still connect them either way you want but you'll also have the ability to pull longer trains without having a portion of the train detached while in motion which is a plus for these couplers
I believe the reason why Gordon's tender has round buffers and not oval ones was probably because this and Edwards tender share the same mold. This is also kind of similar to the fact that Gordon and Henry's all engines go push along models have the locomotive with oval buffers and the tender having round buffers.
That's why I was planning on doing too if I were to make the flying thistle I use this third-party Gordon for the locomotive and I would have to get a Spencer Tender for the tender
These are the good examples of quality knockoffs. Same goes with the Take Along or Take N Play Thomas knockoffs.

Whooo Hoooo!!
He is the best of all the counterfeits..
Congratulations!
Have some great fun with him!
The Trackmaster Knock off Gordon is good despite not giving him longer side rods
I wish Trackmaster would bring back the freewheels because Trackmaster 2 forces you to use it on a track. R.I.P. 😭
You can just take the motor out and it free wheels
@@mr.needlenose That is cool but i dont have that type of screw driver
@WindowsandTrainzthen don’t complain.

They use James's tender
They use James's tender
Despite being a knockoff, it runs very well
This is a good review video about a fake TrackMaster model.
I’ve just ordered the fake gordon just today and when it does come I’ll customize the buffers
This Gordon was actually meant to be released in late 2013/early 2014, but was cancelled before the rebrand
No it was not.

@@MultifandomMF Bro search it up,
I don't know if these knockoffs are lead-free or not. If they are, I definitely would look out for some!
Interesting review. I assumed you were going to turn the knock off Gordon into a Flying Thistle custom.
