That knob you pull out is the choke. Generally you pull it out for the first start of the day and push it in once the boat is a bit warmed up or starts to sputter, then you push it in and don't need it for further starts that day. Love the new boat for fun. Thanks for the video, looking forward to more!

Permanent marker and a skilled hand does a great job. The markers used to label livestock tags is the longest lasting but most any permanent marker will work.

Hey rod with these motors you can get an extension screwed on and you can sit at the front and work the throttle forward and revers from up there, well worth it solo fishing to keep the nose down 🤟🏽

Nice video! So good to see you wearing the kill switch leash. That saved my life when I was thrown out in the surf. Dealer made me promise to always use it as he had a customer killed when he was thrown out and the boat circled back and ran him down. A friend was thrown out of his sailboat dinghy. Boat circled back and ran him down. He survived but with severe injuries. Folks need to be made more aware of this. Inflatables have a trampoline effect when hitting a wave or wake.

So I believe you can adjust the tilt of the motor to help with the nose rising too much and not coming into plane. There are also "blades" you can attach to the motor. I know you’ll load her up and it’ll probably stop, but if you like to go for a run for an evening, you shouldn’t have to throw a lot of weight on it.

Sure if the trim is adjusted out slightly it will keep the nose down. Had the 2000 model, Grey, that was on a 3m and it was fantastic even with 2 ppl on the boat. Just took a little adjusting to get it to run at the right angle, and got better speed too. Also the petrol usage was brilliant. 25l would last a week of freshwater fishing . Can't wait for your next upload.

I’ve used cast vinyl with a heat gun to get letters to stick to inflatable boats. Takes much longer to apply than normal stickers but it doesn’t bludge the surface.

Hey bro. I am astonished by the negative comments. If u don’t like the channel or boat then move on and keep ya mouth shut.
These boats are awesome for what they are designed to do. I’ve been researching fold away boats for my travels. I spear fish and freedive hard out with my son and our mates. Being able to throw this on the hilux roof racks or small trailer or put in the boot of a hatchback is a win in my opinion. I was sold on a Takacat but after watching your videos I think I’m gonna order a 4000 with a 20hp two stroke. I like the closed Ali transom. Won’t loose a bootie or fin out the back. The rail blazers are a win. Solid handles. And the nose seems to scoop higher than the Taka which looks safer and dryer.
This is why we love UA-cam. Cause someone has done a review on everything u wanna buy. Thank u bro. You’re a champ. As for all u haters out there. We’ll get a life. Go fishing. Have some fun. Stop trolling.

Regarding your back: Years ago I ruptured a lumbar disk at L5 and I believe then culprit was pounding on big waves in a small boat. Daily we had to run the rescue boat at a kite surf school in Fremantle/ Perth from the teaching area back to the marina. I had one day of pain , then went kite surfing and by the end of the session partially lost the feeling in my rt leg and foot. I still have that numbness in the leg and foot.
