- This restored 1922 Dutch Colonial Revival "kit" home was designed and manufactured by the Ray H. Bennett Lumber Company, North Tonawanda, New York. Known as the "Dresden" or "Vernon," this structure was used as the model for 1920's era Bennett catalogs. The home is located in South Buffalo adjacent to Fredrick Law Olmsted's landmark Cazenovia Park & Golf Course. The attractive Dutch Colonial features a large, central foyer with French doors on each side leading to the dining room and living room. There are three large bedrooms upstairs, with the master having its own fireplace.
