Waikato Business Awards 2023 | Winner Event People and Culture Award

Oh what a night at the Waikato Chamber of Commerce Business Awards Gala Dinner. In the esteemed company of some of the Waikato's most amazing companies and people, we managed to snag the hotly contested People and Culture Award.
We are extremely humbled and proud to win this award. Six months prior to opening in June 2022, we laid out our intent for the creation of our People-and-Purpose led culture that would help deliver the subsequent 250,000 hours (to date) of play, growth and togetherness.
We are so incredibly proud of our team and their development as, mostly, young people and the energy, contribution and vibe they have invested on an hourly, daily basis. Absolute legends.
We would like to thank all our guests (the Ninja Nation), crew, supporters and to the Chamber for delivering such a fantastic and meaningful event and evening.
But, we're only just getting started. We look forward to continuing and evolving the Ninja Valley Experience for everybody. Let's play!
