Thank you. I really enjoyed your video. I'm one of many that after years of getting my nails done, I've become allergic to gels, acrylic products, etc. I finally convinced my technician to use polygel product hema free. Today was my 3 week appointment. I used gloves, and I don't think she was happy. She kept pulling them up. So, She applied the hema free polygel. To my surprise, it was clear. I knew she was going to use gel nail polish. I even asked her why she didn't use the polygel color, and she stated, "You should be fine. I got home, and an hour later, I had the irritation. My nails are beautiful, but for the next 3 to 4 days , I am going to be uncomfortable. I'm almost tempted to start doing my own nails. 😢😢😢
I had to ditch the shops, been doing my own for years now and my cuticles and finger tips have never felt better!! I concluded methyl Acrylate was the culprit, not "HEMA Free" so Im curious with the new "clean" polishes, Im going to do a test to see if this will be ok for me to use.
Can I get your recommendation on colors? Also how do you feel about dip nails? Thank you so much for this video it has helped me tremendously, I just got an allergy to Hema and i was so lost on what to start out with! Thank you🩷
No but when I was looking for 7 free, Madam Glam came up so I ordered, completed my set and and hour later, hot finger tips, tiny blisters, itching, burning, and a few days later after the blisters, the dried out skin splits. ABSOLUT HELL so now even if it does say "xyz free" I do a test finger. Like you said you cant trust label, so proceed with caution
