I snowshoe backpacked for this 1st time this past winter. A couple of fails. Snow turned to sleet so very wet and my waterproof gloves were not. What I would do differently: add hand warmers as part of my first aide kit and bring my ski gloves. Bring lightweight shovel. Leave stakes at home. Thanks for your info.
Thank you for the load out Tayson. I'd love to go on a trip with you so I can experience how you guys do things. I've been in the military so all my gear is heavy haha
I love my wind shirt while hiking in the cold with a light base layer. Then like you said get to camp and change to something dry. And the wind shirt dries quick.

I'd be warm too with a beard like that #beardgoals
Would be interesting to know the total cost of what you showed.
Love seeing you working with Seek Outside. Great company. Nice video
I hope the new pack is not only for short people made by short people. The shadowlite is 21 in max.
That looks like alpha direct fleece. I’m onboard as soon as that comes out
good eye
@@TaysonWhittaker 😍 I look forward to when that’s offered to live UL members. I was going to get one from Superior Fleece but I’ll wait for OVs.

2:08 Growing up in the caveman era, mom's would slip bread bags over their children's feet before pulling on the boots in the winter.
One thing is missing from your gear load out- food and snacks which typically adds quite a bit more weight. What say you ? Lol

Super excited about the backpack, the fleece and the leggings. Will you be selling the tent and stove on the OV site?
Not at this time.

Seek Outside U-turn titanium stove!
Great video!! Does the footprint go inside or outside the tent?
Footprints go outside of the tent.
