    Lots of issues but its what we do. If they are willing to pay to bring things up to speed then it's rewarding. We'd taken over a few grocery stores that were acquired by long time costumers and I always enjoyed digging in and bringing it up to speed. At least they had E2's! Nice work and enjoy your videos. 👍🏻

    Good video Rick . Wonder if that freezer has problems with heaters or defrost termination . Looks like it tripped the breaker while on defrost, makes me think either heaters or termination switch . Also One Shot 417C won’t cut it , R-409 might . Ice on the floor , drain heater not working or clogged drain . Just Run 🏃 run , run !!!!

    Hey RIck! Howdy! Looks like you found your home for the next few weeks! IF they spend the money, which, by the look of the equipment I personally wonder about. Who knows. Maybe they're realizing they can't just wing it any longer and still have an operational cooler and a freezer?! Impressed some of that gear made it that long in those conditions! They sure made that stuff bulletproof back in the day.... And repairable.... a bit. Seems to me it's time for the 21st century....

    If I walked into this.... I would tell the customer that I would ONLY replace all the equipment, otherwise I would not touch with a 20’ pole.... too much of a liability and risk of something going wrong and causing major headaches for me AND the customer. I would also re-locate the condensers.

    • @HVACRSurvival
      @HVACRSurvival  4 роки тому +2

      We quoted replacing the WIC evap and adding a solenoid, total new freezer, repositioning the cooler condenser to blow out the back and adding a vent fan system sized for the application. By building trust with these new customers hopefully we will see the job approved. If not I told them what was wrong and noted it all on my paperwork so I'm not worried about taking it on. I've had worse 😁. Thanks 4 watching 👍👍
