You will never know how bad I needed to hear that " the way you create right now is exactly where you should be you dont need to be like anybody else you will keep getting better the more you practice but you dont need to be farther along than you are right now " .
i bought two of these colours a few weeks ago: burgundy and turquoise green. i was so happy to see them in the shop as these brands r rarely available. they didn't have many colours new and old.. they had about 8 colors and i wanted to get them all but they were sooooo expensive. so i only got two but i do really love them
I just stated calligraphy/hand lettering a week ago but these are the first brush pens I want to get. The things in using now are the crayola supertips and crayola headline because I heard those are great for beginners and easy to afford.
I bought a Tombow Dual Brush Pen to try out brush pens but these Pentel Fude Touch Brush Sign Pens look so good, and there's something about the silver glitter in the pen body that I find mesmerizing.
I’m so excited you finally got a chance to do your review on these amazing pens! Plus you got the pens!! Yeah!!!! I love mine, even though I love my pen nibs hard I can work with these swiftly and easily!! 😊
I started hand lettering few days back and I ordered large brush pen first but couldn't really work with it...then I bought the black in 💜pentel fude touch💜 and its way more comfortable to letter💜 with these pens...looking forward to collecting both new and old vibrant colors💜 Btw u got a new subscriber...I just love the way you add so many styles to your lettering (especially the 26 styles alphabet playlist)...lots of love💜💜💜
I love the new colour new colours the smaller to tombow’s used to be my favourites but these colours are just so lovely . I got them of amazon in March they were pretty expensive but I regret nothing
Omg I have been watching your videos since I started lettering… I love basically the same pens you do. So I usually know if you like a certain pen, so will I. So I decided to finally order the 24pack of these and they came yesterday and I am IN LOOOOOVE!!!! Thank you for the recommendation. I got my Monamis the other day In a 36 pack and I love love love those as well and I’m just waiting on my FUDEBIYORI 24 pack!! It’ll be here tomorrow 😍😍😍
I finally got my hands on the new colors a couple of months ago and they're so beautiful! I love small brush pens and a few large brush pens. Tombow dual brush pens are really popular but they're not my favorite. When school supplies came out, I came across a pack of brush pens that looked similar to the Tombow dual brush pens but they were SUPER CHEAP and I discovered I like them better than the Tombows! They're even dual ended! The main difference between the two the tips are not as quite as thick as the Tombows, but personally, I found them much easier to control. The ONLY downside of these brush pens is that the colors aren't as pigmented as Tombows which means you can see the brush strokes as you draw a letter. It's hard to explain, but it's not a big deal. I just go over it a second time and that usually takes care of it. So, are you ready to find out what brand these are? They're made by Pen+GEAR! I absolutely love them. There's just something about the tip that allows more control. I found them in the school supply section of Walmart. I got a pack of 48 for $19.97 and that included two blender pens. I think they're a great set of brush markers for beginners, especially considering the price. They're actually my favorite brush pens after Karin Markers and the Pentel. I'm curious if anyone else has tried the Pen+GEAR brush pens and if so, what do you think?
Thank you so much for all the information and advice you have available here and on your website! I have found it to be invaluable! I am planning on taking your fearless lettering course soon, just trying to get to where I am 100% comfy with a basic alphabet first but I am very much looking forwards to it!! Anyways, I have a brush pen review suggestion. I picked up a pack of the Prismacolor illustration brush markers yesterday (the skinny ones) and I am absolutely in love with them!! The only problem for me is that I love colors and the color selection on these is lack luster. I am fairly new to lettering so I haven’t tried a whole lot different pens. So I went out looking for reviews on this one because I know if there’s comparable markers out there that you guys that do these reviews will usually mention that. I was so hoping to find another brand that has a similar feel that has a better color selection. But there are no reviews out there that I can find on these? I would love to see one!!!!
I really want these new colours, but you're right, it's hard to find :( I love all your styles! They come so easily to you! I struggle with making new styles
I stumbled on these original colours purely by accident at Officeworks and loved them. They only stocked pink, green, red and black so I hunted down the rest. I have finally got all the new colours this week via Aliexpress. Nothing comes out in Australia, we have to hunt hunt hunt.
I love watching you letter, you are amazing! I do wish you had more of a conversational tone during your video; by the time this video was half over it sounded like you were bored talking about it, using the same intonations and inflections on every sentence. I do appreciate your message about being just where I need to be, that was a really eye opening thought for me!
i love them lots. i would cosider them a good in between of the hard/soft tombow fudenosuke pens, they feel a little easier to controll also. the only thing i dont like is the feel of the pen body material and the shape of the body :)
“Tombow” is pronounced like tome-bow (or at lest, it’s closer). Unless the company is not really trying to pronounce “dragonfly” in Japanese (which may very well be the case.
I’ve bought them after watching this video. I find it impossible to get a thick line. I’m just starting with brush pens, so perhaps that’s the reason, or because I’m left handed. I’m sure I have the right ones, since they have glitter. Do you push hard for the thick line? Maybe I need more practice. Thank you for the video. Best wishes, Saskia
Hey there! Yes, you push hard giving pressure to the tip so it bends a little. Make sure you aren't holding the pen straight up, it should be angled a little to be able to get the right pressure.
I bought 5 colors and they are available in Italy and they are 2 € ($2.35) they are really good pens and I bought all the blue shades they had I really like this product 😂
Hello, thanks for the video, I have a question about this pen, is the ink of this pen dispersed in water? I wonder if I can use this pen in watercolor art?
I just got these for the same reason, the original pens are some of my favorites. I just love the new colors and small nib pens! It took me almost 3 months to get them from Hong Kong 😅 Love your experimentation with styles! I am inspired to do the same!

I’m so glad that resonated with you! It’s definitely important to remember. Thanks for being here!
I just ordered these! Love my original colors. You’re so right, they last forever! They are my all time favorite pens!
Yes!! They’re such great pens! I hope you like the new colors as much as I do!

It feels so satisfying watching you write!
Thank you for watching!

just bought these! They are my first actually good quality pens, and not some cheapy ones!
I love the Pentel Signpens for hand lettering. I tried one as per your recommendation for beginners and I’m glad I did. It’s one of my favourites!
Oh I’m so glad you like them! They are a great pen to start with!

Excited to see the new colors! I’m a beginner, but I like these pens very much; I find them easier to manage than those with big soft nibs.
I agree! The smaller nib does make it a little easier to control. Thanks for being here!
Your voice is so pleasant! Love your videos Sarah!

I adore all of these colors, and I’m happy to own these and the original pentel touch pens.
Yes!!! Aren’t these colors amazing??
Ensign Insights They absolutely are!! I’ve been using them in so many different pieces and headers for my journals and I couldn’t be happier 💕
I love the Pentel pens and can’t wait to get the new colors
HURRAY THANKS LADY SARAH!!! The new colours are beautiful :)
I really want these new colours, but you're right, it's hard to find :( I love all your styles! They come so easily to you! I struggle with making new styles
Don’t worry if you struggle! I’ve been doing styles like this for about 4 years now! They’re not always easy, you got this!
I just got these and I loveeeee them!!

Hi there.. Thanks for the review...
I just wondering if you know any White brush pen with same tip like pentel fude in this video?? Thanks before 🙏

Very good😍

I would agree! They’re a nice medium and the ink lasts forever too! The pen itself is kinda weird!
And the marvy le pen flex comes in many colors too. ...
Yes you’re right! I love them too!
Can these be used to draw on primed wood?

Hi does this brush pen bleed through on standard paper?
I’ve bought them after watching this video. I find it impossible to get a thick line.
I’m just starting with brush pens, so perhaps that’s the reason, or because I’m left handed.
I’m sure I have the right ones, since they have glitter.
Do you push hard for the thick line? Maybe I need more practice.

Thank you, I thought the tip would brake, I’ll practice. Looks so easy when you write😀
Can u please tell me where I can buy those pens

Yes they are waterbased and can be used with watercolor 👍

Hello
To sad that i can't afford them
They are fine tipped so they don't do calligraphy for me 😭😭😭
Pentel touch brush pens? You may have the ones that don’t have the flexible nib! These ones have a flexible brush tip!
