I will always answer my phone if I can. I'm a one man shop. In an attic, crawlspace, doesn't matter. Most of my clients and realtors or people that need fast work done so they can close. So not everyone falls into your category. Except communication, never ghost people .
Dude, the open schedule thing needs some revision. If a contractor is new, but is skilled enough, why does it matter? Let the new blood pour into the market. What if business is slow? You’re creating artificial issues in people’s minds.
