    Besan Dahi Bhalla
    Ingredients for Besan Bhalla:
    Gram flour 2 cups
    Red chili powder 1 tbsp
    Turmeric powder 1 tsp
    Salt 1 tsp
    Shan Chaat Masala 2-3 tbsp
    Cumin powder 1 tsp
    Cumin seeds 1 tsp
    Red chili flakes 1 tsp
    Baking powder 1/2 tsp
    Water as required
    Oil (for frying) as required
    Water (for soaking) as required
    Ingredients for Imli Chutney:
    Tamarind pulp 1 cup
    Cumin seeds 1 tsp
    Icing sugar 1 tbsp
    Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
    Red chili powder 1/2 tbsp
    Ingredients for sweet yogurt:
    Yogurt 1 cup
    Icing sugar 3 tbsp
    Ingredients for Green Chutney:
    Green coriander 1 cup
    Mint leaves 3 tbsp
    Salt 1 tsp / to taste
    Green chilies 3-4
    Water as required
    Ingredients for Assembling:
    Prepared bhalla as required
    Green chutney as required
    Imli chutney as required
    Shan Chaat Masala as required
    Pomegranate as required
    Directions for Bhalla Preparation:
    1. In a bowl add gram flour, red chili powder, red chili flakes, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt, Shan Chaat Masala, cumin powder, baking powder, water and mix well.
    2. In a pot heat oil and add a spoonful of bhalla mixture, fry until golden brown.
    3. Transfer them into water and soak 2 minutes. Now squeeze them out and set aside.
    Directions for Imli Chutney Preparation:
    1. In a glass jar add tamarind pulp, cumin seeds, icing sugar, salt, red chili powder and blend well into smooth paste. Your im li chutney is ready. Set aside.
    Directions for Sweet Yogurt Preparation:
    2. In a bowl add yogurt and icing sugar, mix them well and set aside. Your sweet yogurt is ready.
    Directions for Green Chutney Preparation:
    3. In a glass jar add coriander, mint leaves, salt, green chilies, water and blend well into smooth paste. Your green chutney is ready. Set aside.
    Directions for Assembling:
    4. In a dish add prepared bhala, yogurt, imli chutney, green chutney, Shan Chaat Masala, pomegranate and serve.
    5. Your Dahi Bhallay are ready.
