Is it strict to show ghee lamp on brahmamuhurta itself and in evening 6 to 7 ? Or can we offer on anytim in morning or evening?

Not strict.Atleast show before 7am.
There are best,better and good timings.
Depends on ur health condition.
If difficult to sleep early due to some situations then difficult to get up early.
So depends on ur situation adjust.

Actually ma'am does ekadashi vrat and tulsi kanthi , offering ghee lamp in kartik month remove more sins in less time than chanting holy names of god .If yes ,then why is it said that in kaliyug chanting is best? I'm confused.

In Kali yuga,chanting is best and in all the yugas kartik month,Ekadashi is best.
Many rakshasas killed so many Brahmanas and so now in Kali yuga there are very few who knows to do some yagnas/homam/havan/fire sacrifice and people live for very less number of years and so they cannot go to forest and do penance for 1000s of years like people of sathya yuga.
Some yagnas also not possible in Kali yuga as there is no one to do it for you.
What is left now?
Ekadashi, kartik month and chanting.
Ekadashi is Krishna himself.
Kartik month is his favourite month and so he multiplies the amount of chanting you do in this month.
So do more chanting.
