Asian culture still have a lot to learn when it comes to understanding proper physical and mental health. Sure, there are healthy traditional practices that we could admire but let's be real -- there is still a lot of room for improvement. And they wonder why the younger people looking up to these idols develop mental health problems, unhealthy eating habits, and ideas. It's these passive-aggressive small details like how this video was edited and the little side comments made that promote exactly that. Of course, people see this interview just as a form of entertainment but simple-minded people will eat this up as their form of truth.
