The last minigame (Game Guy) is not the worst Luck in MP3, we see Waluigi scoring wins and loosing at the end by his own choice to keep going.
I think worse game in MP3 (not counting to give away all stars in Chance Time) is in the Game Guy minigame of two chain chomps eating cake:
