Hi Sandy, great tips and will be definitely using the rolling technique in future, wherever you are in the world at the moment have a great time, Looking out for your Wales and Italy video's and you never disappoint with your content, sounds like you have lots of exciting trips ahead. Have a great weekend..
This is a very useful video if you are planning to travel around the UK! I didn't even know travelling pouches existed :D I'm super organised when it comes to my luggage and I've been using plastic bags to organise it (don't laugh at me) but it is a good way to reuse your plastic bags. Although I'm a bit sceptical about rolling my clothes, however I will give it a go. Great job, Sandy!
Hi, Sandy, very interesting video. Your travel videos are great. For people like me who are terrified of flying could you do a European trip by train to see if its practical, maybe somewhere like Berlin to London also as someone who flies could you do a UK visit to the Shetland Islands, that would be great. Looking forward to your next video soon.
Hey Sandy, love your videos and tips!!! I am moving to the UK myself soon. I would love to see a video how and what did you do when moving to the UK in terms of clothes, gadgets etc
When I was in my 20's I was a avid UK camper, the last time we camped we got washed out twice in one week, first at Glen Coe then 3 days later in North Wales on the Llŷn Peninsula. That was a years holiday ruined and that caused the penny to drop, after that we decided that it was Europe for us, starting in Northern France and over the years going to many more places all over Europe chasing the sun. We have taken a caravan for many years across the channel. We have now started using EU Rail tickets and travelling for a month with these tickets, over the last 4 years. Since then for us the UK is not a place for a main holiday at all and even our second holiday is taken across the channel.
Sandy - how much research do you do before traveling to any place? I guess I am kind of asking for some details on this routine as to what exactly you do in this regard? You always seem to have a set plan of interesting, picturesque, and relevant spots that you visit your destinations. Google (what), Entertainment sites at the place(how and what) etc etc. I believe preparation makes all the difference and I really would like to know how to do this as thoroughly, effectively, and efficiently as possible. It might even be presented as a video showing laptop sites of your routine along with a written listing of the sites and procedures detailed listed in your written descriptions?
@@SandyMakesSense I had to buy my younger daughter a new backpack 2 weeks ago and she insisted on another Fjällräven as she loved her old one so much. And sure, do a 'what's in my camera bag' vid. I'm always nosy.
The national precip of the UK is r a i n. Mine in Canada is s n o w. Ya gotta prepare ye the way of the weather whatever the weather. U could go on a cruise ANYWHERE. If u could choose, where r u gonna go, 'cept Japan? Both of us know u LOVE that country.
