Hoop Tutorial: Continuous Chest Roll/K-Roll

After a ton of requests, I've delivered and created a Continuous Chest Roll/K-Roll tutorial for you! This is such a popular move that is common to struggle with, so I thought I'd try to break it down piece by piece for you. You'll master it in no time.
You should already be familiar with isolations to be able to do this move. Feel free to check out my other videos on isolations to level-up those skills!
