Years years back, every now and then the mlp fandom youtubers did these things where they changed their profile pics to be the same. Once it was about cheerilee, and I think another time had something to do with Wooden Toaster. Alternatively it could be something more personal between Sim & Tombstone as they have worked with one another more than once. But honestly whatever it really is, its 9 years late and hardly relevant today.
