    I wish I had found you years' ago. 34 years ago, following a viral infection, I developed Chronic Fatigue, and a few years' later, an underactive thyroid. I have familial hypercholesterolemia, an ongoing hernia caused oesophagitis and linear ulcers, and I am now developing osteoarthritis. My gut bacteria needs help- I have tried SO many things. But all these issues have left my body in an anxious state, generally, and this is the sort of help I need. Thank you so much. I live in U.K.

    It is so very hard to just 'be' and breathe for several minutes. But it is so very worth it to remain calm, and breathe and be 'in the moment'. Thanks Jeff!

      Yes, it can be a challenge! But, it's a 'practice' - so we will improve in time 🙂

    Dear Jeffrey,
    This time I practiced with my eyes closed. It felt like my belly was moving my hands and arms with each breath in and out. It was a small movement and it relaxed me very well. Thanks for giving me the opporotunity to excercise with you. 🙏 🌞

    What a wonderful practice! By involving my arms, my mind stayed focused, not wandering away on its own merry journey. Once again, this piece of music resonated with me. Love finding it here in another of your meditation videos. Is it an original piece? Does it have a name? I’ve been looking for it, listening for it, in a number of relaxing guitar sites but haven’t found anything with this same rhythm at this same tempo. Thanks again, Jeff! ❤️

    Hi Jeff, thank you for this meditation. I found it quite intense. After a while I got very hot and started to perspire.
    I have that quite often during Qi gong. I think it is a kind of detoxing. Would you agree? So after the meditation I did the ‘opening exercise ‘ for a while and a Qi releasing exercise. But I did feel much more relaxed after so thank you again ! 🙏🏻

    • @ThinkVitalityQiGong
      @ThinkVitalityQiGong  3 роки тому +1

      Perspiring during and after Qigong practice is quite common. Rather than giving it a specific name, it could just be thought of as "the qi moving."
      It usually settles after a few minutes, then you are left feeling relaxed, energized, and in the Flow.
      Just keep up the practice and listen to your body 🙂

    This was a lovely meditation & I really needed it. I have been doing Qigong for nearly 2 weeks & I feel regenerated after it but this week I came down with a bad kidney infection a friend of mine suggested that this could be my body’s way of discharging negative energy using Qigong. Could this be possible a little side effect from doing Qigong? I will continue to use Qigong as I do feel I will benefit from it & it help heal me. Thanks for the video.

    My experience with Qigong is very new. I I m in premenopause and 4 years ago I've managed to get rid of the night sweat and hot flushes. Now while moving QI, they arise again. Do you have a clue why and what can I do, because I actually have started Qigong to get me going thru ménopause without the damages of it, and they are numerous from lack of sex drive and the destruction of body tissues bones, muscles, connective tissue, you name it.

    When you discuss intention and using it as one of 3 ways to get stagnant qi moving, is it as simple as just stating “I intend to get this stagnant Qi in my body moving” or is it that as well as a visualization aspect to the intention? I don’t know exactly which parts of my body contain stagnant Qi. But I do know that my shoulders and neck are often tense and I have had digestive issues. Should I visualize a light moving through these areas while I practice the exercises? I guess I am asking what you would recommend as it pertains to intention. And what exactly that means. Sorry. I’m real wordy sometimes. 😂
