This comes as Trump's lawyers, Jim Trusty and John Rowley, announced in a joint statement that they were resigning. How can a judge not recuse themselves when they were appointed by the person being charged? Isn't that grounds for removal of the judge?
Sounds reasonable (certainly Trump's legal team would argue that if it were a recent Biden appointee), but given the many Trump judges who ruled on the 2020 Election cases, *the concerning factor is her evident and demonstrated INEPTITUDE.*

They knew there was no defense in this case. The speaking indictment tells the tale of evidence that can't be refuted. Trump doesn't listen to his lawyers advice, he just makes them file ridiculous motions that are garbage. They're out of there.

You see what is happening with Trump and it is PERFECT! It shows tremendous courage! A lot of people are talking about this and they are just thrilled with this law and order. Lock em up! Lock em up!
Honest and credibility are a key component of this. Trump has a record of attacking, bullying, and lying. So he is in a hole right off the top in terms of what his word or commentary mean after all of the rants and public comments he has made in speeches and to the media.

The sheer breadth of corruption, charges, indictments, convictions, etc., from this administration, is mind-blowing. Even after 6 years of non-stop grift, Trump's malfeasance is continuing to cost American taxpayers hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars and waste millions of man-hours of time to investigate and prosecute his shenanigans. It's going to literally take decades to clean up the mess caused by his family and by the judges installed by him.

At this level, with the amount of money changing hands, lawyers don't drop a case with this type of client simply because it moved to Florida. No... they'd rent a condo, set up an office in Mar-a-Lago, and fly their family down for a little vacation every couple of weekends.
I think it's safe to infer there are other, more specific reasons for their resignation. And I'm leaning more towards their own survival instincts kicking in than Trump being unhappy and wanting to change his legal team at the last minute after indictment.
