Hey I need your help. If you remember can you tell me what offset your wheels are and if you had to use any spacers at all. I just put the same tires on mine but with RZR 1000 wheels and the tires were hitting. I put 2" spacers on and I'm still hitting the front bumper bracket when I turn all the way. I also have the forward a arms.

Hey man I’m supposed to be buyin the same four wheeler in a couple of days and I was having a hard time finding a radiator replacement kit and i really like your build I was winding if you would mind giving me some information
They are from an 05 I believe. I had to pull the stock hubs and replace them with hubs from a newer sportsman. To accommodate the axles from the arms pushing the spindles out a bit.
So did you have to use newer sportsman axles or where you able to use axles from your year? I'm doing a build like this and you have given me so many ideas now. What did you do wit the rear ?
@@knoxkinsey2929 all you need are the a arms 2006 axles 2006 hubs and that’s it they will bolt up I suggest getting new bushings for the rear a arms so it will ride nice when all done
Reaper ATV I wonder if it could have been that it was on a jack.. I sat it on the ground and the front a arm plastics stopped rubbing.. I have to get new front axles though, the old ones were dry rotted bad.
This is nuts giving me ideas for my 700 thank you 👍

How hard was to modify to run dual cv axles to remove ujoints in front axles? What other mods to support? Can't keep a ujoint axle in mine!!
Front hubs and arched arms are made for a newer sportsman.
Axles are for an 05 which are longer than stock axles. Upgraded to newer hub (03 and up) and arched arms for an 05 from super atv

Including the quad I’d say around 5-6k
Where did you get the arched a arms I can’t find them for a 2002 Polaris sportsman 700
You need to update the front to a 2006 to do so you need set of 2006 arched control arms 2006 cv axles 2006 hubs and then your all done
Do the factory ball joints fit in those factory a arms from the 2004.5 modle year

I put a 2 inch lift and my front axles rub the strut tower.. where could I get some for a good price?
BoredX these are the stock struts. The axle boots are close but don’t rub on this one

@@reaperatv1707 I just picked one up. Glad to see the super ATV arms fit. Are you using 06 front axles? You have duel Cvs on the fronts.
