Yes, the ooni etc I'd say take a bit less time as not as big an area to warm up.

In fairness you only gave it 20 minutes to heat up, they said upto 30minutes

the bottom part of the pizza is not cooked, it is not nice to look at, you did not give good publicity to whoever gave you the oven
