Therefore, I pray that I learn this virtue, patience. Job had patience and God rewarded him for it. Impatience can cause one to lose out on a blessing. Your sermons are delightful to listen to because you bring along the humor too. Amen!
Patience is a fruit of the Holy Spirit. If the Holy Spirit dwells in you, you will have patience. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. (Galatians 5:22-23 ESV)
