On the topic of comparison - i am in anorexia recovery now and i am hypermetabolic so i need to eat 4500-5000+ calories every day....way more than every single person around me...but that is what my body needs right now. everyone is different.

The best way to increase your iron is through food: organ meats, beans, dried fruits, dark chocolate/cacao, spirulina, and fortified products like dairy and oj. Cut out caffeine and increase citrus to help with absorption
Demi I can see how much you’re fighting and trying and it’s really inspiring but keep going, your bbq looked lovely but it might be worth reflecting about if it was enough…carbs are so important. The pushing through with something sweet at the end was so good though your talk at the end is so true but just give yourself it unconditionally

Just think - you wouldn't compare how much oxygen you need or how much water you drink to the needs of those around you, so why is food any different? And I agree with others in the comments: it is great that you baked (and ate) something, but just check whether your eating disorder was still sneaking in... banana bread is so much yummier with all-purpose flour, oil/butter, sugar... Plus, that sort of banana bread is much more 'normal' than one made with almond flour and no oil or anything so it makes it much easier to join in with those around you!
