Obito and Kakashi are both unconscious. Both have their Mangekyo awakened-Obito from what he thought Kakashi was about to do and Kakashi from thinking he killed Obito. Obito and Kakashi might survive, but that depends on the Mist Ninjas. Do they leave them alone because their objective is to chase Rin back to Konoha? Do they kill them? I think it’s likely that they do. Another factor to consider is how quickly Minato gets there. Rin would’ve lived the Chidori, but the Hidden Mist Ninjas would have still tried chasing her back to Konoha. If she doesn’t gather the courage to kill herself, she will certainly live long enough for Minato to arrive. What happens after that is unclear, but I suspect that Minato kills all of the Mist Ninjas and he and Kushina work to fix Rin’s Jinchuriki Seal. Rin becomes a Jinchuriki for Konoha and lives a sheltered life in the village. She and Obito, due to his Hashirama Cells, are likely the survivors of the attack. Kakashi, as he has no Hashirama Cells, likely died. Obito goes back to Konoha and tells everyone about Madara. Since Madara isn’t mobile, he can’t run or hide, but I suspect that Zetsu takes his Rinnegan and gives them to Nagato anyway. Madara is killed by Konoha. Rin and Obito likely bond over Kakashi’s death, and I suspect that Rin becomes very attached because she thought that Obito died before. Eventually, Obito probably does win Rin’s heart, and they get married. Minato and Kushina live, as their is no one to facilitate the Nine-Tails Attack. Naruto grows up without Kurama. Obito is assigned to teach Team 7, him being Minato’s successor and all. Black Zetsu sets Pain and the Akatsuki into place without “Madara”. Eventually, they get all of the Tailed Beasts except Kurama and Gyuki. An epic battle happens after that. Rinne-Rebirth Madara is the Main Antagonist. Ironically, whereas everyone but Kakashi died in canon-only Kakashi would die in this AU.
