PA-HART: Rescue Strop Training

On April 4, 2013, the Pennsylvania Helicopter Aquatic Rescue Team conducting a hoist exercise at Somerset Lake. The training consisted of lowering a rescue specialist to a victim and placing a Rescue Strop around them and securing. The Rescue Strop is just one tool PA-HART rescue specialists can use to get a victim onboard the UH-60 Blackhawk.
This clip demonstrates how the problem can be efficiently and effectively managed through good communications, team work, and training.
