This is absolutely breathtaking! I was looking to buy a property in 2021 and visited many of this type south of Perugia. The problem is the unavailable craftsmanship if you wish to do any type of renovation; you need so many permits to do anything which becomes heavy to deal with; the distance for amenities, lack of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy near by. That was enough to discourage me from buying in Italy. BUT I would visit all year long! I hope you sell it.
Wow this little town is populated?? I don’t see people in the streets. Those buildings are very strong not like the ones they build today. I love it 😍 ❤❤❤
I agree, that seems strange. Aside from vacation houses and distance to services, I wonder if there's some other issue that's not being disclosed about the village.
WOW!!! The interior photos really show how spectacular this property is, the flow of the rooms, and the views. The price was even a pleasant surprise Thank you for sharing 👍👍👍👍👍👍
I keep looking over the little town, I really like it but I don’t really like to be in empty streets to don’t see people, I am people person. Next year I’m ready to buy something in Italy, I am now in Florida for 37 years and I want to have vacation home.
so, looking at the website, it looks like there's a kitchenette that's hiding behind a large fake cupboard, that's actually a series of concertina panel, deployed when the kitchenette is not in use?
straight to the first floor - meaning the groundfloor is owned by someone else? the apparment is attractive enough, but there isn't enough contextual information!
Remote hilltop town without a resident population! I am presuming there is a security problem! Look at the front door - a metal core with exterior wood trim and a massive security lock. Holiday occupation only?
Hi Morgan, no security population but as you said, the village is a bit far for services but at the same time in the middle of nature, so, this make the village the perfect location for holidays. In fact, most of the units are vacation homes.

The hamlet was restored in 1976 by the stylist Anna Fendi, at the moment there are two families living there full time and all the other houses are inhabited in summer.
What is the down payment in Italy?? For a foreigner like an American? Would I be able to rent this property to visitors as an American? As an Airbnb or something? Thank you it looks absolutely beautiful. 🌴 Italians seem to have style amazing style. 🌊
@@Federico-romolini_christies so if I'm not mistaken the closest larger city is Perugia? I've been looking in Portugal and Spain so far at their Visa process and it appears to be different for most EU countries? How much are yearly taxes for this property?
@@BasicBeachCommunity1 yes, Perugia is the closest larger city (about 30’). The process to obtain visa is not the same for all the EU countries unfortunately. Annual property taxes for this property are about 1.500€

Kitchens are so last century, only the pampered and privileged expect Kitchens. This is rural Italy you just pick the pasta straight from the trees, and due to the heat you can eat it on the spot. 😊
Too much drone, not enough house.
Thank you. yes, the house would have deserved more filming, I'll make sure to have more on my next videos.

It’s in the country side it seems and isolated but I think how nice the house is with those beautiful views, it would be worth living there.

A friend managed to renovate an old hotel and turned it into his home. I'm going to ask him how he dealt with all those.
Who would want to renovate this ?
This house reminds me of the witcher 3 castle
beautiful place and a great price

I like Arch ceilings
Stunning
First time I see an apartment presented without filming a kitchen. Very strange.
Thanks for your comment Joan, my fault

The listing (www.romolini.com/en/1706) is very detailed. What info would you need?
does it include the furniture?
Yes
I know this is from the Medieval period, but do you know approximatley when it was built?
Nobody knows when it was originally built, however, the town is mentioned on a document dated 1082.
@@Federico-romolini_christies, thank you. Have a wonderful week.

Is there a balcony or Terrasse to sit outside?
Hi Bruno, there is no a private balconi, but just the shared one at the entrance door.

Where exactly in Piegaro is this located?
it is about 12km from the town of Piegaro, it is close to "Castello di Montegiove"
Wow!
You say medieval? What year was the house built. Thanks

How many square metres/ feet is the apartment?
Judging from the Description, my best guess is ........ 80sqm.
The apartment is 80 square meters, so 861 square feet
How is called this sity???? Peruja!???????? ❤
The town is Greppolischieto, it is near Perugia
I am moving to Italy.
Wow. They took off 55K Euro. But they are not near anything. That probably makes it tough.

it looks like an apartment not as house, and it's tiny. 250k for that, it looks more of 100k

I think the price is reasonable compared with other offerings I've found. However, the distance from services could be a problem.

As lovely, exquisite and enchanting as it is, it is probably sitting in a hamlet of 'Karens'. 😏
