I live in a backward area here is no any good college where I could study even in my college there is no any professor and student who is actually interested in teachings and reading. Government always increase budget on education but never think about quality education. Government wastes money on the most of the colleges of bihar. Not necessary to increase budget but necessary to become strict and focus on quality of teachers.
