I don't know why blinks constantly hate on Maeng for doing natural looks on Chaesoo when Jisoo and Rosé have said that they prefer natural makeup. Many say Maeng hardly puts any effort into their makeup but you can see from her tutorials that even her simplest looks make soo much difference, she focuses on details rather than a full glam look.
No it's because she constantly puts basic makeup on Jisoo even on FASHION shows and important events. Also, the way she does Rosé's mascara is so clumpy too. She ain't that great at all. A group like Blackpink should have a better makeup artist.
The thing is faces like her with heavy makeup won't look good (there are other idols like iu. My face always look bad with heavy and bolder colours) Jisoo suits the natural light makeup. She looks like a Korean princess

In Korea their skin colour, when it's more yellow undertone or more greyish? They consider it to be a darker skin tone than other people's. Dark to them and us is different because they're naturally light skinned, dark doesn't always have to mean literally southern asian skin tone or yk tanned etc. But yeah I get you, even I thought woah she does not seem dark at all but then I just thought about the details more.
Its pure magic how she actually kept the model's natural features intact and enhanced it...but also made it concomitant to Jisoo's facial features that at the end she looks like Jisoo (little bit)! Gosh....this is purely mind-blowing!!! This makeup artist is the best! ❤
She's amazing as a make up artist. So gentle and got so much of Knowledge.. She's not into too much but just the right amount to make it more awesome.. Hats off to her.
